Night Guest Service Assistant

As Night Guest Service Assistant, you will

  • Meet, greet and direct guests in the lobby area. Aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner
  • Complete daily guest services duties, including checking in, checking out, balancing revenue and ensuring guest information is kept up to date and is recorded
  • Work closely with the housekeeping department in coordinating guest requests, assisting with lighter cleaning tasks and ensuring a sparkling and safe hotel
  • Work closely with Page Common in coordinating guest orders, assisting with serving food and drink items and promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere in the lobby
  • Typically work 12-hour shifts (8pm – 8am), 4 on 4 off

As Night Guest Service Assistant, you will have

  • Previous experience working in Front Office, preferably within a hotel
  • A professional appearance and manner, ability to multitask, take initiative and prioritise
  • A desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • A high sense of accountability with an ability to remain calm in all circumstances
  • Good command of spoken English. Ability to speak additional languages is highly desirable, notably Cantonese or Mandarin
