• Valid seven days a week. Sales conditions are flexible and credit card guarantee. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions. Rates are per room, per night inclusive of VAT.
• Booking confirmation is subject to room availability.

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation must be made at 12:00PM 7 days prior to the day of arrival (hotel local time), or a penalty equivalent to the first-night room fee will be imposed. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the first night will be charged (including VAT).
• Butterfly Hospitality (UK) Limited reserves full rights on the final decision of all activities, including the changes to the Terms and Conditions and other arrangements, without subject to prior notice.
