Hot Drops in Residence at Page8

Join us for an intimate evening of coffee tasting, exploration, and conversation at Page8, hosted by Raquel Mezquita, Head of Education at Assembly Coffee. As part of Assembly's Hot Drops in Residence series, this guided tasting experience is designed for anyone who loves coffee and wants to better understand the flavours, aromas, and characteristics that shape their perfect cup.

Over the course of the session, you'll sample a selection of Assembly's latest filter coffees, learn about their origins, processing methods, and producer stories, and develop a deeper appreciation of how coffee travels from farm to cup. Through guided sensory exercises, you'll explore flavour, body, texture, sweetness, clarity, and balance, helping you discover the coffee profiles you enjoy most. Each guest will also receive a complimentary sample bag of Assembly coffee to take home.
