Front Office Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel;
  • Assist with the luggage and transportation arrangements for the guests;
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms / lobby / designated area;
  • Extend excellent service to guests in accordance with the hotel’s brand standards;
  • Deliver foods / messages / packages and other miscellaneous items to/from the guest rooms;
  • Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of their needs;
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.



  • Pleasant, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Responsible, good team player and good customer service senses.
