• This service is only applicable to guests staying at Page148 in Hong Kong.
• This service is available for all participants who are not pregnant and under the age of 18.
• This service is only applicable to the Shh Massage Tsim Sha Tsui branch. Tsim Sha Tsui branch has 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms.
• All treatments are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled.
• In case of lateness, no-shows, or drops in party size, the service may be shortened without prior notice and will not be refundable.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservation of a specific time slot will be subject to the situation at that time. There are limited time slots available every day, so please make an appointment at least 12 hours in advance by scanning the “Reservation QR code”.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to inform Shh Massage and Spa if he/she has any special health or medical conditions, such as heart disease, pregnancy, chronic disease, or allergy. Shh Massage and Spa is not responsible for any adverse effects that may arise from any treatment.
• Customers shall be responsible for all personal belongings. Shh Massage and Spa and Butterfly Hospitality (HK) Limited shall not be liable for any loss of personal belongings.
• Shh Massage and Spa reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Shh Massage and Spa.
• As a preventive measure for COVID-19, you will be required to measure your body temperature and fill in a health declaration form prior to the treatment. If you have experienced any symptoms or have come into close contact with anyone who is a confirmed COVID-19 case or is part of a COVID-19 cluster in the past 14 days, please inform Shh Massage and Spa as soon as possible to cancel/reschedule the scheduled treatment accordingly.
