Front Office Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel;
- Assist with the luggage and transportation arrangements for the guests;
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms / lobby / designated area;
- Extend excellent service to guests in accordance with the hotel’s brand standards;
- Deliver foods / messages / packages and other miscellaneous items to/from the guest rooms;
- Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of their needs;
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Pleasant, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, good team player and good customer service senses.
