• Offer is only applicable to booking all rooms at Page148 in Hong Kong.
• Offer book date and stay date are valid until 31st December 2024.
• Price is subject to a 10% service charge per room per night.
• This advance reservation offer is only applicable for booking via www.pagehotels.com.
• For the 5 Days Early Bird:
  • No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the booking has been confirmed.
  • For the non-refundable bookings are no cancellations or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• For the 30 Days Early Bird:
  • Reservation must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date to enjoy the offer.
  • Cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival (18:00 hotel local time). In case of late cancellation, a charge for the first night’s stay (inclusive 10% service charge) will be applied.
• For the 45 Days Early Bird:
  • Reservation must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival date to enjoy the offer.
  • Cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival (18:00 hotel local time). In case of late cancellation, a charge for the first night’s stay (inclusive 10% service charge) will be applied.
• Only the first-night room charge (including a 10% service charge) will be held as a deposit.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
• Booking confirmation is subject to room availability.
• Butterfly Hospitality (HK) Limited reserves full rights on the final decision of all activities, including the changes to the Terms and Conditions and other arrangements, without subject to prior notice.
