Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation must be made at 16:00 prior to arrival (hotel local time), or a penalty equivalent to the first night room fee will be imposed. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the first night will be charged (including VAT).
• Butterfly Hospitality (HK) Limited reserves full right of final decision of all activities, including the changes of terms and conditions and other arrangements, not subject to prior notice.
